- Create a Vision - Students create a powerful vision for their life by cutting out pictures from magazines that represent where they want to go in life, who they want to be, and what they want to accomplish.
- Goal Setting - Students will learn how to set clear, specific and definable goals.
- Take Action - Students will identify the necessary steps they must take on a daily basis to achieve their goals.

- Squashing the Boogie Man - Students identify their respective fears and worries so they can begin the process of letting the go.
- Consequences - Students write down the specific consequences they may face in life if they don’t overcome these fears, change their attitudes, or get over their limiting beliefs and behaviors.
- Gratitude is the Cure - Students learn that an Attitude of Gratitude can change how they feel. They learn they don’t need any drug or unhealthy behavior such as addictive relationships, sex, gambling etc. to change how they feel for the better.
- Live a Life of Service - Students learn that helping others also helps them feel good about themselves and gets their mind off their problems and on to something positive or to be grateful for.
